By the age of 60 almost everyone has some degree of osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, joint irritation or lack of flexibility. The right exercises will not aggravate these conditions, but should actually help to relieve the associated pain.
Our elite Fitness and Wellness Coaches will take you through a very thorough pre-program assessment to determine your current health and fitness. We will then develop a tailored program taking in consideration any aches, pains and medical issues to help you achieve your personal goals.
