At Functional we help chose the RIGHT group for you and tailor our sessions to ensure everyone's goals are met, whilst FUN is had by all!
There is no "one size fits all" group class, we cater for all levels of fitness within our classes - novice, intermediate and advanced we can adapt your exercises to best suit you throughout the session. Watch yourself progress in no time!
Functional offers outdoor and small indoor group sessions all year round at multiple venues. We base the success of our group exercise programmes on results through assessment and education.
Classes are ongoing - it's an intensive, get fit programme with a twist. Top coaches will give you the support, encouragement and education to not only improve your overall health and fitness, but leave you feeling like you have learned something as well.
We are not currently running public group classes
If you have a group of 6 or more and would like to do an outdoor session in central Auckland, please contact us as we would love to train your group privately.
Each session is 45 minutes in total and caters to all fitness levels.
