Auckland: Timetable

We are not currently running public group classes

If you have a group of 6 or more and would like to do an outdoor session in central Auckland, please contact us as we would love to train your group privately.

 Each session is 45 minutes in total and caters to all fitness levels. Functional fitness testing is undertaken on the last week of each month, so you can measure and improve your fitness levels on an ongoing basis.
