Not another military fitness boot camp - we offer fun, educational and supportive group bootcamp classes throughout Auckland.

What better way to train than with other like minded people in a group training session that will get you fit, healthy and feeling great in no time.  And have loads of fun doing so!

This is not a one size fits all exercise bootcamp, we cater for all levels of fitness - novice, intermediate and advanced, and you can change to which ever one suits you best throughout the class. Watch yourself progress in no time!

FUNctional offers outdoor (and indoor during the horrid winter days) group training classes year round at multiple venues.  We base the success of our group exercise programmes on results through assessment and education.  We carry out a FUNctional fitness test on the last week of the month to assess your progress and set goals for the next month.

Classes are ongoing – it’s an intensive, get fit programme with a twist.  Top trainers will give you the support, encouragement and education to not only improve your overall health and fitness, but leave you feeling like you have learnt something as well.

Functional in the park
Exercise at prime parks throughout Auckland during spring and summer. 


Functional at the beach
Beach and beach reserve areas throughout Auckland during summer. 

 

No one-dimensional fitness equipment is used here, we focus on our bodies, functional and integrated movement patterns such as squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, gait (walking & running), lifting and rotation. And most improtantly of all it's FUN!

And no sweaty, smelly, over crowded gyms of huge aerobic classes where you get lost in the bunch.  FUNctional group training utilises the great outdoors of Auckland.

You definitely won’t be lost in the group, its all about getting fit in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
